Penny K. Pierce, 66, of Columbia, KY died Thursday, April 11, 2024 at the home of a daughter in Richmond, KY. She was born October 3, 1957 in Muncie, Indiana to the late Mitchell and Irene Goodman Bell. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren: William and Dakota and one brother, Mickey Bell. 

Penny was a member of the Green Hill Baptist Church in Monticello and was a homemaker.

SURVIVORS:

3 daughters: Brandy Baker Young of Russell Springs, Jessica DeMott (Terry Long) of Elk Horn, and Jennifer Demott (Joseph Bauer) of Richmond

1 brother: Ricky Bell of Somerset

7 grandchildren: Shawn, Chad, Hunter, Emily, Blake, Eli and Tate

6 great-grandchildren (and expecting 2 great-grandchildren very soon)

Visitation: Monday, April 15, 2024 from 3:00-6:00 P.M. (Central Time) at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life to follow. The family is honoring Penny’s wish to be cremated after the service.
